Technical Expertise

Mandatory

  • Hands-on development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expertise in implementing :
  • Data loads
  • Inbound / outbound API integrations
  • Catalog items and workflows
  • Proven ITSM module implementation : Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset.
  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript (readable, standards-compliant, extensible).
  • Ability to create AngularJS widgets for Service Portal.
  • Proficiency in :
  • UI Policies
  • UI Actions
  • Workflows
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • Experience in training users and analyzing new ServiceNow functionality requests.
  • Third-party integrations using web services, SOAP, email, MID servers, etc.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow service-management suite.
  • Knowledge of SQL constructs (DML / DQL).
  • Strong ServiceNow administration experience.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL v3 processes.

Preferred

  • ServiceNow Developer / Admin certification.
  • Experience in custom module development.
  • Expertise in Angular or Jelly.
  • Exposure to modules like Project Management, Time Card.

  • Provide best-practice guidance on ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Perform coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of application changes.
  • Deliver consulting services across all ServiceNow modules in client’s release plan.
  • Conduct technical analysis on ServiceNow applications / modules.
  • Identify deficiencies / improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure smooth upgrades to the latest ServiceNow releases.
