• SAP IBP Modules : Deep hands-on experience with Response & Supply, Order-Based Planning, and RTI.
• Planning Algorithms : Expertise in heuristics, optimization, prioritization, and propagation heuristics.
• Integration : Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, CPI-DS, and RTI setup.
• Data Modelling : Experience with flexible data models, planning area configuration, and master data management.
• Tools & Interfaces : Proficiency in Excel-based planning views, Web UI, and dashboarding tools.
• Technical Implementation & Configuration Ø Design and configure Flexible Planning Areas (SAP7F) and Order-Based Planning Profiles. Ø Implement order-based heuristics and optimizers for supply and deployment planning. Ø Set up and manage Real-Time Integration (RTI) with SAP S / 4HANA. Ø Configure supply planning runs with switchable constraints and allocation creation. Ø Develop and maintain master data extensibility and reconciliation processes.
• Advanced Planning Capabilities Ø Execute constrained and unconstrained planning algorithms (heuristics, prioritization, optimization). Ø Model and constrain against production, transportation, and storage resources. Ø Create short-term deployment runs and operational supply plans. Ø Deep knowledge of gating factor analysis, planner workspace, projected stock app, analysis for response planning. Analyze supply usage.
• Integration & Scenario Management Ø Integrate SAP IBP with external systems using CPI-DS and RTI. Ø Develop simulation scenarios and compare outcomes using Excel and Web-based dashboards. Ø Support synchronized planning with SAP S / 4HANA for production and detailed
