Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location : Mumbai / Pune
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across Pan-India, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring.
- Well-versed in using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and market mapping to source top talent.
- Identify and engage with high-quality candidates across diverse functions in construction sectors such as Residential, High-rise, Commercial, Industrial, Data Centre etc.
- Conduct CV screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability based on skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define selection criteria, and coordinate interview processes etc.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and support.
- Equip candidates for interviews by effectively communicating accurate job information and company details.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current, high priority, and future hiring needs.
- Promote employer branding initiatives and proactively engage with target talent.
- Track and achieve key recruitment metrics - such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, time-to-offer, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and quality of hire, while driving continuous improvement in hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies, Equal Opportunities, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaboration with HR Operations team and business unit heads to enable smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Support enhancement of recruitment processes, tools, and ATS performance to increase hiring efficiency.
Key Skills Required :
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle recruitment assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in Construction or Real Estate.Hands-on experience in diverse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to enhance hiring efficiency.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices for both high-volume and quality-focused hiring.Website- www.gleeds.com
