Paytm is India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, providing consumers and merchants with robust technology and financial products. Our POS (Point of Sale) business empowers merchants across India to accept card and digital payments through smart and dynamic devices.
We are looking for dynamic and customer-centric professionals to drive merchant acquisition and engagement for our Point of Sale (POS) devices. The role involves identifying potential merchant partners, onboarding them to Paytm’s POS ecosystem, and ensuring continued usage and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Growth and Market Share : Drive distribution growth and increase market share in the region.
2. Recruitment and Team Building : Recruit and manage a high-performing field sales team.
3. Competition Strategy : Develop counter strategies against local competitive initiatives and placing team across key strategic locations to gain market share
4. Target setting : Sales Target Planning and execution. Ensure effective communication of targets to the team and ensure delivery
5. Data Analytics : Good understanding of data and identification of Gaps to find improvement areas.
6. Colloboration : cordinate with cross functional team to manage Inventory DOS, Lead conversion and team onboarding new FSE
