As we expand our Label Division , we're looking for an experienced and strategic Technical Sales Head to lead business development and sales growth in this specialized vertical.

Role Overview

As the Technical Sales Head – Labels , you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our label business. You will lead sales strategy, client acquisition, technical consultations, and after-sales support. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone with deep technical knowledge of labels (pressure-sensitive, RFID, etc.) and a strong sales track record.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales strategy for the label division.
• Identify and acquire new clients across industries : FMCG, Pharma, Retail, etc.
• Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with production and R&D to offer custom label solutions.
• Provide technical consultations to clients on substrates, adhesives, finishes, and applications.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine offerings.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Build and lead a technical sales team as the business grows.
