About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analytics Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data analytics professional to leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis : Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
- Cohort Analysis : Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Data Pipeline Development : Build and optimize automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
- Collaboration : Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable productized solutions that align with our platform vision.
- Mentorship : Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
- Jr. Team Member Mentorship : Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need :
A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial patient analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.Proven expertise in SQL, advanced joins, window functions, aggregations, Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros, Power Query).A strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.Skill in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.A degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.Benefits
