About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analytics Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data analytics professional to leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Data Analysis : Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Cohort Analysis : Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Data Pipeline Development : Build and optimize automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Collaboration : Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable productized solutions that align with our platform vision.
  • Mentorship : Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
  • Jr. Team Member Mentorship : Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial patient analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, advanced joins, window functions, aggregations, Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros, Power Query).
  • A strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skill in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • A degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
