Customer Support Executive (Night Shift) – Kolkata

Location : Kolkata

Experience : 0–4+ Years

Salary : ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer support through calls, emails, or chat

Maintain accurate records and process information efficiently

Resolve queries with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and deadlines

Requirements :

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools

Willingness to work in night shifts

0–4 years of experience ( FRESHER welcome)
