Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI / ML Software Engineer. The position is located in Mumbai / Guwahati / Remote, but offers some flexibility for work from home. The AI / ML Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, focusing on AI and machine learning models. Daily tasks include writing code, debugging, testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing applications and develop new solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Experience with AI / ML frameworks and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Remote work flexibility – from home and later from Office.
• Hands-on exposure to AI, fintech, compliance, and risk tech.
• Learning by building – real projects that impact banks and payment providers globally.
