Project Manager - Hospitality Project Delivery

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the site execution for one of Jodhpur’s most ambitious 5-star heritage-themed hotel developments. The role requires a proactive leader with proven expertise in ultra-luxury and heritage-style projects, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety, aesthetics, and within approved budgets and timelines.

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience : 12–15 years in project management, preferably in real estate or hospitality.

Languages – Proficiency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities

• Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules.
• Lead and coordinate site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and heritage aesthetics .
• Implement value engineering across project stages to optimize costs .
• Ensure compliance with IS codes and local regulations .
• Report progress and key metrics through high-quality presentations and reports .
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management in line with organizational needs.
