Team Lead - UAV System Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead – UAV System Engineer to lead our UAV engineering team in designing, integrating, and optimizing drone systems for high-performance applications. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise along with proven leadership experience in the UAV domain.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of UAV system engineers, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Oversee the design, development, and integration of UAV systems including avionics, power systems, propulsion, communication modules, and flight controllers.
• Conduct and supervise ground and flight testing, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electronics, software, production) for end-to-end system delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DGCA and internal safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and project plans.
