We’re looking for a Tax Senior Associate (Advantage – Bookkeeping) to join a fast-growing professional services organization that supports US-based small and mid-sized business clients. 🧾 Role Summary

As a Tax Senior Associate, you will provide high-quality bookkeeping support for a portfolio of small and mid-sized businesses while working closely with the tax team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional work that directly supports tax preparation and advisory functions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping services for multiple clients
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Enter adjusting journal entries and clean up books for tax preparation
• Prepare and share financial reports with clients and the tax team
• Handle onboarding and setup of accounts in QuickBooks Online
• Collaborate with clients and respond to inquiries
• Assist with year-end reporting (including 1099s)
• Support special projects as required
• Participate in continuous learning, cross-training, and skill development
• Build strong relationships internally and externally
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth
• Participate in team engagement activities that promote work-life balance
