Job descriptionOversee canteen administration, ensuring smooth vendor operations. Manage office upkeep, facilities, and supplies. Handle travel and logistics arrangements (ticketing, hotel bookings, visa processing, etc.). Coordinate with the accounts team for expense tracking, invoicing, and payment processing. Support leadership and teams with day-to-day administrative needs. 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to closure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with HRIS / HR software. Knowledge of recruitment platforms (e.G., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements. Talent management, including performance reviews and succession planning. Employee benefits administration (health insurance, leave policies, etc.). Employee relations and conflict resolution. Experience in designing and supporting training and development programs.

Human Resources
- HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Assist in medical insurance administration (claims submission, settlement follow-up, data verification, deductions, etc.).
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Support recruitment activities using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
