As an EC Expert, your main responsibilities will include the following :
- Delivering Scalable Business Solutions and support existing Employee Central Applications
- Partnering with Business and IT Product Teams for ongoing implementation and enhancements of the Employee Central Product
- Ensuring smooth support for applications and finding RCA for support issues on an ongoing basis
- Taking end to end ownership of the results. Being Responsible for on-Call and Monthly system Maintenance
- Implementing New features and improving capabilities of existing applications
- Actively chipping in to identifier repetitive issues and exploring new ways of working
- Aiming to reduce support ticket numbers on a periodic basis
- Staying ahead of the curve with the latest SuccessFactors Employee Central releases and new product features
- Work closely with Vendors for reporting issues and getting resolution
- Configurating the system using Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports / Advanced Reports), MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, Workflows.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes.

What you'll need (Required)
Engineering graduate, B.E. / BSc. Computer Science / BSc IT or relevant Bachelor qualification6+ years of Relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management2+ End to End Employee Central ImplementationsGood Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners at all levelsWhat you'll need (Preferred)
Hands on experience in :a. Compensation, Variable Pay
b. SuccessFactors RCM, Onboarding & LMS
Conceptual Knowledge of SAP CPI - SAP ABAP and basic level of debugging preferredSkills Required
