Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced L2 Network Engineer with proven expertise in banking domain network operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure in a Data Centre environment. This is a contract position requiring in-depth knowledge of network security, Finacle CBS / UBS load balancing, and integration with banking applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot IPv4 & IPv6 network environments.
• Perform advanced configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HPE).
• Administer and support Core Networking Devices and Security Devices (Firewall, IPS / IDS) from multiple OEMs.
• Manage LAN / WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN setups in a banking environment.
• Monitor and maintain network health using Network Monitoring and Management Tools (e.g., NNM).
• Implement load balancing for Finacle CBS / UBS version 10.2.18 or higher.
• Use Network Diagnostic Utilities for proactive issue resolution.
• Integrate network services seamlessly with desktop and server infrastructures.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to ensure timely security incident resolution.
• Maintain high performance, availability, and security for Data Centre networks.
