Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Specialist, based in Chandigarh with some work-from-home capability. The Mortgage Loan Specialist will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications for people and businesses. Daily tasks will include reviewing loan applications, assessing applicants' financial status, authorizing loans within specified limits, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending products, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mortgage Lending and Mortgages
• Knowledge of Finance and Mortgage Marketing
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Relevant certifications or courses in finance or mortgage lending are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
