We are seeking a dynamic and experienced academic leader to serve as Dean / Principal of the Pharmacy Department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, academic leadership, and administrative oversight to ensure the departments growth, quality education, and adherence to regulatory standards (PCI, AICTE, UGC, etc.).

Qualification :

As per PCI / AICTE / UGC norms.
Ph.D. in Pharmacy (mandatory).

Experience :

Minimum 15 years experience in Teaching / industry / Research out of which 5 years must be at the level of Professor or above in Pharmacy.

Preferred candidate profile

: Administrative experience in responsible position.

He should also must have done Administrative work related to SIF and PCI.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide visionary leadership for academic and research activities within the Pharmacy Department.

Ensure compliance with PCI, AICTE, and University norms.

Supervise curriculum design, academic planning, and faculty development.

Promote innovative teaching, research, and consultancy projects.

Monitor student performance and ensure high academic standards.

Oversee admissions, examinations, and other administrative functions.

Foster collaborations with industry, research bodies, and professional associations.

Guide and mentor faculty members for professional growth.

Represent the department in academic councils and university committees.

Education

Doctorate : Ph.D / Doctorate in Pharmacy
