Designation : Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Head Project Automation
Location : Vadodara (Responsible for Gujarat Region)
Qualification : B.E. / . / Diploma in Engineering
Experience : 7-10 Years in Process Instrumentation Sales or Process Automation Sales
Salary : As per last hike / industry standards
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Promote and present automation solutions including PLC SCADA HMI and DCS systems.
- Conduct cold calls generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Handle negotiations and order finalization and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Oversee all sales and marketing activities for the Gujarat region.
- Manage sales activities for industrial automation products including PLCs HMIs SCADA systems and servo drives.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through new business development and customer acquisition.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of DCS PLC SCADA HMI and networking.Understanding of field instruments such as TT LT FT PT etc.Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.Exposure to Rockwell Systems will be an added advantage.Prior experience with clients in the pharmaceutical chemical specialty chemical and packaging industries is preferred.How to Apply
