Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the enterprise .NET applications built using C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues independently across applications and services.
  • Design and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server.
  • Support and maintain SSIS packages, Windows Services, and IIS-hosted applications.
  • Monitor application performance and logs using tools such as NewRelic and interpret application metrics.
  • Assist in root cause analysis (RCA), issue tracking, and problem resolution.
  • Leverage basic AWS knowledge (EC2 ALB, API Gateway, CloudWatch) to interpret logs and

identify application issues.

  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables and team objectives.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Act as a mentor and knowledge-sharing resource within the support and development team.

    • Requirements :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework / .NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Experience in managing SSIS, Windows Services, and IIS.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
  • Proficient in using NewRelic or similar tools for monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2 ALB, API Gateway, CloudWatch logs).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
