Job description

Must-Have Skills :

  • 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or production operations roles.
  • Experience supporting microservices architectures in production environments.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms – both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Proficient in Datadog for metrics, monitoring, log aggregation, and APM.
  • Experience with GitHub, including CI / CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and version control.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration tools.
  • Deep understanding of incident management and comfortable working in 24x7 support rotations.
  • Solid foundation in networking, load balancing, security, and system performance.

Nice to Have :

  • Media or streaming industry experience
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, or other infrastructure automation tools.
  • Experience with incident management tools like (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
