Job Description – Software Sales Executive (B2C, Feet on Street)
Location : AJ c Bose road , Kolkata
Experience Required : 1–4 Years in B2C Software Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to individual customers and small businesses to sell software solutions (antivirus, productivity, SaaS, and AI tools).
- Conduct field visits, product demos, and presentations to prospective buyers.
- Generate new leads through street campaigns, events, and local market activities.
- Follow up on leads, issue quotations, and close deals independently.
- Support customers with basic installation and usage guidance if required.
- Manage payment collections and order confirmations.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly B2C sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and feedback logs.
- Stay updated with latest consumer software trends and offers.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in software, consumer IT, or telecom.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a Feet-on-Street role.Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred).Knowledge of software products, SaaS, or consumer IT solutions (training will be provided).Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field travel within Kolkata.Qualification : Graduate (MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred but not mandatory).
