We can make you a kickass customer success and account management executive if you have a genuine passion for sales, a hustling attitude, and can help us scale the revolution we have begun in SaaS Mobility with Bizom- a leading retail intelligence platform with over 500 leading CPG brands as our customers.

You will work with the Regional Sales Head and collaborate with the multiple teams to lead the impact of Bizom in the CPG industry in developing markets like India, Africa, and the Middle East.

Your Superhero Duties :

  • Be BIZOM’scaptain for our customers : Steering the ship for our CPG customers, as the face of Bizom's frontline. In charge of orchestrating seamless internal and external collaborations.
  • Build customer rapports like no one else can pull off : Keep in constant contact with all major stakeholders at the client's end (both business and functional teams)  through weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetups and reviews.
  • Create jaw-dropping insights : Be your customers' advocate, leveraging insights to propose innovative route to market strategies that drive Bizom's desired goals.
  • Master the art of upselling and cross-selling : Create opportunities with customers by understanding their business challenges and goals, all aligned with the route-to-market objectives.
  • Requirement gathering in a way that nothing is left out : Dive deep into customer expectations, analyze thoroughly, and create compelling BRDs.
  • Bethefinest collaborator : Work closely with all internal departments throughout the entire process to ensure faster go-lives and execution of new initiatives for customers.

  • Adata-driven mindset is vital, with a keen interest in analyzing data to derive valuable insights that benefit customers.

  • Prior experience working in the consulting space in retail / FMCG in emerging markets would be a significant advantage.
