Job Description
- Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships and Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
- Manage financial risks by implementing effective controls and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, or other investment opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- CA with 18+ years of experience in Manufacturing sector
- Candidates must have extensive experience in Treasury, Fund Management, Banking relations etc
- Candidates from a listed organization is preferred
