Job Description

We are hiring Prior Authorization & Patient Coordination Associates to support medication prior authorizations, patient communication, and coordination with U.S.-based clinics, pharmacies, and insurance companies. Comprehensive training will be provided. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Submit pharmacy and medical prior authorization (PA) requests through designated portals.
• Follow up with insurance carriers regarding PA status, approvals, and appeals.
• Contact patients to collect required information, provide updates, and assist with coordination.
• Communicate with pharmacies for refills, prescription status, and clarifications.
• Coordinate with physicians for clinical information, documentation, and required forms.
• Record all actions and communication notes in EMR / EHR systems.
• Manage fax communications and maintain task trackers for daily workflow.
