This role is with a leading global High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm (client name cannot be disclosed).

Candidates must be from Tier-1 institutes only (IITs, NITs, BITS, MIT).
For candidates with less than 1 year of experience , a minimum 9.0 CGPA is mandatory.
Only the following branches are eligible : Computer Science, Mathematics & Computing, and Information Technology .
Applications not meeting the above criteria will not be considered .

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. You will be involved in the end-to-end software development life cycle , working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and building scalable products.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Participate in the full software development life cycle to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Design and define the interaction between various components of the system.

Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code as per project requirements.

Quickly build proof-of-concept prototypes for new features and applications.

Develop and maintain new product features on the Java / Golang stack .

Ensure adherence to project plans, delivery timelines, and release processes .

Collaborate with peers and leads to achieve optimal technical design and architecture .

Work on complex problem-solving and provide innovative software solutions.

Ensure compliance with build / release and configuration management processes .

Write unit test cases and ensure code quality through proper testing practices.

Desired Profile :

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

Hands-on experience in Java or Golang development .

Good knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases .

Fair understanding of responsive high-level designs .

Exposure to cross-browser and cross-platform development .

Familiarity with MVC, SOA, and RESTful web services .

Previous experience in product-based companies or startups is a plus.

Ability to collaborate across teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .

Understanding of Agile methodology and best practices.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field from a premier institute (B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S.).

4–6 years of experience in software development.
