Senior Sealant Formulation Scientist

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of PU and silicone sealants tailored to diverse applications.
• Conduct R&D activities, including formulation, testing, and optimization of sealants.
• Translate customer and market needs into innovative and high-quality sealant products.
• Oversee lab-scale experiments, prototype development, and scale-up activities.
• Provide technical support to production and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on advancements in PU and silicone sealant technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to meet business objectives.
