Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior BIM Architect, based in Noida. The Junior BIM Architect will assist in preparing architectural and construction drawings, creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, and ensuring compliance with project documentation requirements. The role includes coordinating with design and construction teams to develop accurate submittals and delivering high-quality outputs aligned with client specifications. Working closely with senior architects, the role provides opportunities for growth and skill development in the AEC domain.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Interior Design
• Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Ability to prepare and review Submittals and project documentation
• Understanding of AEC industry standards and workflows
• Proven experience with relevant software such as Revit
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site at the Noida office
• Degree in Architecture
