Our client, a leading global investment firm is looking to engage a Deal Advisor to work closely on evaluating and implementing automation / AI opportunities for back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Assessment & Analysis :
Review the target company’s services and back-office processes (invoicing, payroll, bookkeeping, banking reconciliation, expense processing, etc.)
Identify opportunities for automation or AI implementation
Cost-Benefit Evaluation :
Estimate potential benefits (time, cost, efficiency) from automation / AI
Prepare total cost projections including capex, opex, and team requirements
Roadmap & Implementation Planning :
Design a high-level IT / automation roadmap with phases and sequencing
Recommend the order of initiatives for maximum impact
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with leadership and internal teams to gather insights
Present findings, recommendations, and high-level plans clearly to stakeholders
Immediate Deal Support :
Be available to contribute actively during the current deal process
Support short-term project objectives and deliverables within tight timelines
Skills Required :
Strong understanding of process automation, AI, and ML applications .
Ability to analyze back-office processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
Financial acumen to estimate costs, ROI, and operational impact of automation projects.
Familiarity with corporate services / BPO processes (e.g., payroll, accounting, compliance).
Capability to develop high-level IT / automation roadmaps .
Experience with automation & RPA tools : UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, WorkFusion
Knowledge of ERP / accounting automation applications : SAP, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Tally
