Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and exceptionally organized "rockstar" Personal Assistant to be the second brain and strategic partner to renowned Bollywood playback singer and creativity expert, Chandana Dixit . ⭐

As a celebrated artist with over 20 years of experience and a Ph.D. candidate in Creativity, Chandana is expanding her brand with new ventures, including her podcast, "Creative Dialogues with Chandana Dixit." This is not just an administrative role; you will be at the heart of her creative and professional world, helping to shape her brand, manage her dynamic schedule, and drive her projects forward.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast & Project Management ️

Act as the primary point of contact for the "Creative Dialogues" podcast, managing all coordination with high-profile guests, from initial outreach to scheduling and pre-interview briefings.

Assist with in-depth research for podcast topics, guest backgrounds, and talking points to ensure high-quality, engaging content.

Serve as the central hub for communication between Chandana and the in-house creative team (video editors, graphic designers, channel manager) to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met.

Brand Growth & Opportunity Development

Proactively research and identify opportunities for singing concerts, corporate talks, guest-speaking engagements at colleges, and other public appearances.

Manage communications and build relationships with event organizers, media contacts, and potential collaborators.

Assist in the planning and execution of future projects, including online courses and workshops.

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage Chandana's professional calendar, schedule appointments, and handle all professional correspondence with the utmost professionalism.

Act as her eyes and ears, filtering information, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring she can focus on her creative and strategic work.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Talent Manager, or a similar role, preferably within the media, entertainment, or creative industry.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi .

A high level of discretion and confidentiality is non-negotiable.

A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do; you anticipate needs.

Strong research skills and proficiency with digital tools (Google Suite, social media platforms, etc.).

Nice to Have

A genuine interest in music, creativity, podcasting, and personal branding.

Experience in public relations (PR) or artist representation.

Familiarity with the workings of YouTube and other social media platforms for brand growth.

An existing network of contacts in the music or events industry in India.
