Salary : ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to learners to explain Unacademy courses, subscription plans, and platform benefits.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to classes, educators, or payments.
- Assist learners in selecting the correct course and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Update and maintain accurate learner information in the CRM.
- Follow communication scripts and maintain professional behavior at all times.
- Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or support issues.
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication in English,Hindi,TeluguGood listening skills and ability to convince learners.Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, etc.).Positive attitude and ability to handle objections.Target-driven and eager to learn.Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.Prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, or EdTech support is an advantage.Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.Why Join Unacademy?
