Job descriptionAct as commercial interface at customer site Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends the company's global reach Meet with potential clients and grow longlasting relationships that address their needs Achieve company annual sales targets by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecast. Follow up and monitor PO execution, solve issues affecting delivery & payment schedule under HQ support Explore competitor information and give regular inputs to HQ8.Collect marketing date and forming regular report to HQ Bachelor degree in science and engineering, power electronic is plus At least 5 years working experience with industry products in a similar role Power electronic product sales experience is plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Superb leadership ability Ability to travel at least 30%-40% of the time Selfmotivated and willing to take a challenge job, able to work independently under pressure with remote support
