Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities and vendor coordination for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and machinery as per production requirements
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors for price, quality, and timely delivery
- Maintain purchase records and ensure proper documentation and inventory control
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to understand material requirements
- Track and reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships
- Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement / purchasing within the manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
