Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Lead Frontend Developer to lead our frontend development efforts, build scalable applications, and mentor a high-performing team.

If you have strong Angular / React experience, a passion for clean code, and leadership skills, this role is for you!

Responsibilities :

  • Lead frontend development and guide the team on best practices.
  • Design and develop advanced Angular applications, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Build high-performance, scalable web applications.
  • Work with Angular 4+ / React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate with REST APIs for seamless data handling.
  • Mentor junior developers, leading by example in best practices and code quality.
  • Architect new features and ensure they align with the overall system architecture.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to refine and implement designs.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Angular 4+ / React, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience in responsive design and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and UI / UX best practices.
  • Experience with team leadership and mentoring.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance.
  • Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.
  • Knowledge of server-side rendering with Angular Universal.
  • Proficiency in CI / CD pipelines for frontend applications.
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination.
