Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Liaisoning Officer to manage government relations and ensure smooth communication between the company and government agencies. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, and permits while maintaining a positive relationship with various authorities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with government officials, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
- Facilitate and ensure timely processing of all regulatory approvals, licenses, and permits required for company operations.
- Act as a representative of the company in all government and regulatory dealings.
- Monitor changes in government policies and regulations that may impact business operations and advise management accordingly.
- Manage documentation and maintain records related to liaisoning activities.
- Resolve issues related to government compliance and ensure alignment with statutory regulations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide regular updates and reports on liaisoning activities to the management.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in government liaisoning, preferably in the EPC, solar, or infrastructure sector.Strong knowledge of government processes, regulatory compliance, and relevant laws.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
