👩💻 What You’ll Do

As a QC analyst, you’ll be :

• Working closely with prompt engineers to relay findings
• Listening to and analyzing customer calls handled by our AI voice agents.
• Identifying issues such as incorrect responses, flow breaks, or technical glitches.
• Debugging call transcripts and flagging root causes for errors.
• Documenting patterns and working with the product / prompting team to improve accuracy and conversion.
• Ensuring that calls meet quality, compliance, and customer experience standards..
