▷ Urgent Search : Intern - Ecommerce Operations

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Intern to work for online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, managing inventory and database management.

Responsibilities -

• E-commerce Listing : Oversee the entire e-commerce process, from product listing to order fulfilment, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Platform Management : Manage and optimise online stores on Amazon, Flipkart, WordPress, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace), ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines.
• Listing, Catalogue, and Product Descriptions : Create and maintain compelling product listings, catalogues, and descriptions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
• Packaging : Oversee packaging processes to ensure products are delivered in excellent condition, adhering to brand standards and platform requirements.
• Vendor and Artist Communication : Manage relationships with vendors and artists, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and quality control.
