About the Role

We are looking for a  Team Lead – Process Improvement  to join our operations excellence team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys  analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leading execution of improvement projects  with measurable impact on  time, cost, and quality .

You will act as the bridge between management and executives, ensuring that improvement initiatives are implemented effectively and reported systematically.

Key Responsibilities

Select and prioritize processes for improvement at department / function level.

Guide executives in conducting process studies, data collection, and implementation.

Monitor progress using defined  KPI metrics (time, cost, quality) .

Consolidate and submit  weekly progress reports  to management.

Conduct review meetings and ensure accurate documentation of improvements.

Coordinate with department heads and process owners to achieve buy-in.

What We’re Looking For

Experience :  3–5 years in process improvement, operations excellence, industrial engineering, or related roles.

Skills :  Strong in process mapping, root cause analysis, KPI measurement, and project coordination.

Traits :  Structured, proactive, people-oriented, and detail-driven.

Knowledge :  Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma exposure preferred (certification a plus).

Education :  Graduate degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management.
