We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer who doesn't just design — you define the creative vision. You'll be the brand's visual storyteller, leading concept-to-execution journeys that wow audiences, stop thumbs mid-scroll, and leave lasting impressions. What You'll Do
- Lead with Vision : Drive the creative direction for campaigns, social media, ads, web / app interfaces, brand decks, and more — ensuring every output is strategic, stunning, and on-brand.
- Shape Brand Identities : Build, refine, and evolve the visual language.
- Mentor & Collaborate : Guide junior designers, inspire cross-functional teams, and work seamlessly with copywriters, marketers, and video editors.
- Push Boundaries : Bring innovative concepts to life, experimenting with formats, trends, and creative technologies.
- Add Motion (Bonus) : Create animations, transitions, or micro-interactions that amplify engagement.
- Stay Ahead : Monitor design trends, industry shifts, and audience behaviors to keep our creative edge razor sharp.
