Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with 10 to15 years

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Plan Execution :

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Utilize AI-driven insights to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize sales processes by using right set of tools.
• Customer Relationship Management : -
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Implement CRM systems and tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
• Collaboration and Communication : -
• Collaborate with marketing, pre sales, and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Communicate sales goals, strategies, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and 15 - 20 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on digital and AI technologies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Skills :

An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
