Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and support of D365 FO Supply Chain modules, including :
1. Inventory Management
2. Procurement & Sourcing
3. Product Information Management (PIM)
4. Asset Management
Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and system performance.Provide support for integrations such as Purchase Order (PO) automation, ACH, and related third-party tools.Troubleshoot and triage functional issues by working closely with business users and technical teams.Participate in upgrade testing, UAT, and system validation activities for ongoing enhancements or rollouts.Create and maintain detailed functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide end-user training to ensure adoption and effective system use.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to solution design workshops and planning Skills & Experience :8+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in D365 Finance & Operations, withspecialization in Supply Chain modules.
Strong domain knowledge in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory control, and asset lifecyclemanagement.
Proven track record in process optimization and functional issue resolution.Experience supporting system integrations and automation solutions within the D365 environment.Ability to handle documentation, knowledge sharing, and upgrade support efficiently.Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement Qualifications :Microsoft D365 Supply Chain Certification (preferred).Exposure to global or multi-entity implementations and support projects.Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies(ref : hirist.tech)
