💼 About the Role :

As an IT Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative solutions and client needs. You’ll : ✨ Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored solutions ✨ Present these solutions clearly and impactfully ✨ Most importantly — you’ll be giving demos to clients 🎥, helping them experience the real value of our products.

📝 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

🔹 Engage with clients to understand business challenges & requirements.

🔹 Conduct engaging demos to showcase how our solutions solve client problems.

🔹 Partner with sales to design customized solutions.

🔹 Craft impactful presentations & proposals.

🔹 Support sales with technical insights, PoC coordination, and training.

🔹 Respond to RFPs / RFIs with clarity and precision.

🔹 Gather client feedback and share it with the product team.

🔹 Stay updated on industry trends & competitors.

🔹 Assist clients during onboarding & integration.

🔹 Identify use cases to highlight solution benefits.

🛠 Knowledge & Skill-set Required

🎓 Education : B.E. in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.

💼 Experience : 2–4 years in IT Pre-Sales or similar client-facing roles.

⚙️ Tech Skills : Strong understanding of IT products, CPaaS solutions, and integrations.

🎤 Presentation Skills : Great communicator with strong demo & PPT skills.

🧠 Problem-Solving : Analytical thinker who can craft tailored solutions.

🤝 Collaboration : Team player with cross-functional working abilities.
