Global Program Lead

Key Role

We are looking for a seasoned Program Delivery Specialist to oversee the implementation of multi-stakeholder programs across public-sector and enterprise partners.

• Develop and manage master plans, dependencies, and KPI dashboards; facilitate ceremonies and ensure timely completion of workstreams within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and drive agendas, decisions, and action items with prompt follow-through.
• Collaborate with partners to scope lightweight proofs-of-concept, define success criteria, and convert results into repeatable playbooks and public-ready artifacts.
• Coordinate the creation of playbooks, policy templates, training materials, and benchmark scorecards with research and communications teams.
• Monitor revenue and costs by workstream, manage statements of work / purchase orders, and ensure alignment between invoicing and collections with project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, privacy reviews, accessibility checks, brand / neutrality guidelines, and document approvals while retaining evidence.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person sessions, including agenda management, hosted-buyer matchmaking, and VIP arrangements to ensure smooth run-of-show.
• Maintain readiness data, pilot outcomes, and sponsor benefits delivered, publishing regular updates and monthly executive reports.
• Administer CRM and project tools, refining runbooks, checklists, and templates for scalability.
