About The Role

At Rippling, as a Senior Software Engineer you’ll play a key role in driving technically complex projects that span multiple teams and systems. You’ll work with high autonomy to define and deliver solutions to ambiguous problems, ensuring they meet both business and technical goals.

You’ll design, implement, and maintain scalable, performant, and secure systems writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code. You’ll lead technical discussions, contribute to design reviews, and apply sound engineering principles to improve reliability, observability, and efficiency across services.

You’ll also play a crucial role in improving team practices, mentoring peers, and sharing knowledge to raise the overall technical bar. As a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll help align engineering efforts with broader organizational priorities while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

• Design and develop top-tier software solutions
• Ensure the delivery of products meets the highest standards of quality
• Assume clear ownership and responsibility for one or multiple product domains
• Collaborate with company partners and end-users to gather constructive feedback and continually refine product offerings
• Engage deeply with the product’s objectives to ensure Rippling retains its competitive edge in the market
