Immediate Hiring | Hyderabad & Mumbai | Associate Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics - SQL & Python Must

We are looking for immediate joiners and 1 month Notice Period from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges for the role of :

Role : Associate Managing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services (Performance Analytics)

Location : Mumbai & Hyderabad

Experience Band : 6–10 years

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Tier 1 PG : 4+ years
Tier 1 Graduate (B.Tech) : 6+ years
Tier 2 : 7+ years (case-to-case basis)

🔹 Skill Set Required

Must-Have Skills :

SQL & Python - Must

Predictive Modelling – Regression, Logistic, Linear

ML – GBM, Deep Learning, Neural Networks

Segmentation | Clustering | Bucketing

Risk & Propensity Models | Scorecards | Decision Trees

Tableau / Power BI

Machine Learning : GBM, Deep Learning, Neural Networks

Modelling : Regression, Logistic, Linear

Strategy Analytics : Campaign Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Segmentation, Clustering, Bucketing

Tools : SQL and / or Python (must know at least one)

🔹 Domain Preference

Cards | Payments | BFSI | Finance | Analytics / Debit Card / Credit Card

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements

Contribute to and / or develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value

Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner

Create predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques to drive profits

Review analytics end-products to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness.

Proactively seek new knowledge and structures project work to facilitate the capture of Intellectual Capital with minimal oversight

Qualifications-

Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence

Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking to complex and demanding solutions across multiple industry verticals

Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS) and building, managing, and maintaining database structures
