Job description

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.

Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes, including AI and Copilot tools.

Work Mode : Remote

What will you need to be successful in this role ?

  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, Product owners, PMs,

and developers.

  • Ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to present work across different disciplines.
  • Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

    • Good to have :

  • Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies.
  • Proven experience in creating functional prototypes
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings.
  • Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.

    • Competencies :

  • User-centered design expertise.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration and iterative design practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other UX software.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity in design.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Bachelors in Design (e., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively
