Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support senior program managers in planning and tracking project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and update

progress.

  • Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
  • Learn and apply project management tools and best practices.
  • Identify potential risks or blockers and escalate them appropriately.
  • Continuously seek to improve processes and delivery efficiency.

    • Qualifications :

  • BTech degree with a specialization in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information

    • Technology (preferably from the 2024 or 2025 batch).

  • Strong interest in project / program management and technology.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Jira / Trello is

    • a plus.
