Advisor – FinPe (Only CXO / CEO / MD / Retired)

About the Role

FinPe is looking to onboard a high-caliber senior leader as an Advisor to strengthen our leadership credibility, visibility, and strategic depth as we scale.

We are inviting current or former CXO / CEO / MD professionals , as well as retired senior leaders , who can bring experience, network access, and top-level guidance.

This role is non-operational , light-touch , and designed primarily for :

Leadership credibility

Strategic presence

Networking and visibility

Periodic high-level inputs

Time commitment : 4–6 hours per month (flexible).

Key Responsibilities (Light & Strategic) Provide high-level guidance on FinPe’s product direction, brand positioning, and growth strategy

Strengthen FinPe’s credibility with investors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders

Support with senior-level introductions and networking when relevant

Offer periodic advisory inputs to the founders on scaling, operations, and long-term planning

Participate in occasional strategy or advisory discussions

No daily involvement.

No execution or operational responsibilities.

Ideal Profile We are seeking someone who is :

• A current or former CXO / CEO / MD
• OR a retired senior leader with 20+ years of experience
• Based in Chennai (Preferred), or able to meet occasionally in person
• Strong leadership maturity and industry networks
• Interested in meaningful advisory engagement with a growing fintech
