About the Role :

We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven B2B Sales Manager with proven experience in selling liquid detergents and cleaning solutions to institutions such as hospitals, theatres, schools, hotels, and other bulk buyers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth in the institutional segment.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and acquire bulk business opportunities in hospitals, theatres, schools, hotels, restaurants, and corporates.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business contracts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Explore new B2B channels and institutional tie-ups to expand market share.
  • Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and customer needs to refine sales approach.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product team to develop customized solutions.
  • Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with operations / logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Ensure collections and credit management from B2B customers.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience in home care / cleaning products, detergents, or FMCG institutional sales.
  • Strong network and experience in dealing with hospitals, schools, theatres, hotels, corporates, and institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.
