Requirements :

Minimum

5 years of experience

in production management for a

designer or luxury clothing brand

• Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing.
• Proven ability to

lead and manage a team

in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A passion for design, quality, and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the

entire production process

— from sampling to final dispatch.

• Manage the

production floor

and ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with

design, sourcing, and quality control

teams to maintain brand standards.

• Handle

vendor management

, fabric sourcing follow-ups, and job work allocations.

• Maintain production schedules, track progress, and address any bottlenecks proactively.
• Ensure

quality checks

at every stage and uphold Nauria’s standard of craftsmanship.

• Supervise tailors, pattern masters, and finishers to ensure consistency in finishing and fit.
• Manage production budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.
