Job description4–10 years of experience in B2B sales / HR solutions / L&D consulting / psychometric tools . Strong understanding of HR processes, assessments, and behavioral tools (DISC, MBTI, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Proven track record of achieving business development targets. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or remotely. Prior experience in HR tech, assessment platforms, or consulting preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / PGDM in HR, Psychology, or Marketing preferred. Certification or familiarity with DISC / behavioral assessments is an advantage.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding client relationships and driving sales of Discover Assessments’ psychometric tools across India and international markets. The role demands a consultative, research-driven, and relationship-focused sales approach to position the product as a strategic HR solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients in corporates, consulting firms, and educational institutions .
- Drive end-to-end business development — from lead generation and demos to closure and account management.
- Understand client talent challenges and recommend suitable psychometric assessment solutions .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and leadership teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline management.
- Conduct webinars, presentations, and training sessions to showcase product value.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customized proposals and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on trends in psychometrics, HR tech, and behavioral analytics.
