Role Overview

As the Marketing Head, you will lead our strategic marketing, branding, and digital outreach

efforts. Your primary objective will be to position STEM Learning as the preferred CSR education

implementation partner. You will be responsible for driving performance marketing, managing

brand narratives, and leading high-impact campaigns to engage CSR stakeholders and

education champions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and CSR

objectives.

  • Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google
  • Ads, with clear ROI tracking and analysis.

  • Build and optimize SEO strategy to enhance organic visibility and lead generation.
  • Lead brand storytelling across all channels, including the website, social media,
  • presentations, brochures, and video content.

  • Manage and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and
  • X (Twitter).

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and performance metrics using tools such as Google
  • Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the internal creative team while managing relationships with
  • external agencies and freelancers.

  • Oversee the development and management of quarterly and annual marketing
  • calendars, content plans, and impact campaigns.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Partnerships, and Program Implementation teams to
  • ensure alignment and achieve organizational goals.

    Key Skills and Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within EdTech, impact-driven startups,
  • CSR, or the NGO sector.

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, brand building, and content campaign
  • management.

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong expertise in performance tracking, funnel optimization, and strategic content
  • planning.

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and creative vendors.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience working with or within CSR teams, foundations, or government education
  • programs.

  • Familiarity with CSR reporting formats and impact storytelling is a strong advantage.

    Requirements

    Qualification-

  • Graduate with PGDM in business management, MBA sales or equivalent level.
  • Masters in social work with fundraiser on CSR would be added advantage.
  • Good inter personal, communication and presentation skills. Selection Criteria :
  • Good experience in fundraiser into development sector.
  • Must have experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
  • Handling business development through acquisition, development and management of corporate partnerships fundraising / commercial / strategic.
  • Create and pitch proposals / presentation to clients.
  • Donor management, closure and negotiation, client survey.
  • Set fundraising / revenue goals and develop strategies and plans to achieve them.
  • Should know how to use CRM application (preferred).
  • Should have good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
  • Exposure into government liasoning and institutional sales would be an added advantage.
  • Key Responsibility Area :
  • Compile and maintain a database of national and local donor organizations (national foundations, bilateral and multilateral agencies and private corporations offering donations)
  • Coordinating with on field sales team.
  • Providing and pitch proposals / presentation to potential clients.
  • Taking Hurdle call of team.
  • Supporting the sales team for closures.
  • Experience into CSR or corporate social responsibility partnerships building and B2B sales
  • Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
  • Proactively deepen existing donor relationships, identify new Donors investors and client meetings and do follow up.
  • Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of the organization.
  • To be available for free travelling across the region for conducting meeting with Govt. officers, industry and corporate clients.
  • Set fundraising / revenue goals and develop strategies and plans to achieve them.
